Evan LeybournEvan Leybourn is an internationally renowned leader, coach and published author in the developing field of Enterprise Agile and Agile Business Management; applying the successful concepts and practices from the Lean and Agile movements to corporate management. He has held executive, board and advisory positions in private industry and government, and worked with clients developing lean business practices across Australia, South East Asia, Europe and America. 

Evan has a passion for building effective and productive organizations filled with actively engaged staff and satisfied customers. His background in Agile project management and business intelligence has informed his understanding of the need for evidence-based decision making, and quantitative analysis to measure corporate success.

Raja BavaniRaja Bavani (Senior Director, Cognizant Technology Solutions) has more than 20 years' experience in the IT industry and has published papers at international conferences on topics related to code quality, distributed agile development, customer value management, and software estimation. His areas of interest include global delivery models, agile software development, requirements engineering, software architecture, software reuse, customer value management, knowledge management, and IT outsourcing.

Raja is a member of IEEE and the IEEE Computer Society. He regularly interfaces with educational institutions, offers guest lectures, and writes for technical conferences.

Rini Van SolingenDr. Rini van Solingen (Ph.D., M.Sc.) is a part-time full professor in Globally Distributed Software Engineering at Delft University of Technology (Department of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science). He is also the CTO of Prowareness. At Delft University of Technology he leads the research and education on globally distributed software engineering. At Prowareness he works in a practical global software engineering company.

Together with his colleagues in the Netherlands, India and the United States, he helps customers with fast delivery of working and tested software. Scrum and Agile are key in this.

Scott W.AmblerScott W. Ambler is the Senior Consulting Partner of Scott Ambler + Associates, working with organizations around the world to help them to improve their software processes.  He provides training, coaching, and mentoring in disciplined agile and lean strategies at both the project and organizational level. Scott is the founder of the Agile Modeling (AM), Agile Data (AD), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), and Enterprise Unified Process (EUP) methodologies.

Steve TendonSteve Tendon is a management consultant, specializing in organizational hyper-productivity and process evolution for both small and growing businesses, as well as large and established organizations. He has evolved his own unique approach to business management inspired by a diversity of contemporary management theories, and based on how information flows through a contemporary organization, all the while giving due attention to human factors, with their psychological needs and inter-personal interactions.Steve holds a MSc. in Software Project Management (University of Aberdeen). Tom CagleyTom Cagley has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, serving as a consultant since 1997. Tom is a frequent speaker at metrics, quality and project management conferences. His areas of expertise encompass management experience in a wide variety of methods and metrics: Lean, Agile, quality integration, quality assurance and the application of CMMI to achieve process improvements.

Tom co-authored “Mastering Software Project Management: Best Practices, Tools and Techniques” with Murali K. Chemuturi. He is an independent thinker, author, blogger and podcaster.

Yael Dubinsky

Dr. Yael Dubinsky is affiliated with the Software and Services department in IBM Haifa Research Lab (HRL). For more than ten years she is also the instructor of project-based courses at Technion IIT. She has published her work at conferences and journals related to software engineering and information systems, and organized workshops and tutorials in leading conferences.

Yael has a significant experience with guiding agile implementation processes in the industry and academia. Her book on Agile Software Engineering, which she co-author with Orit Hazzan, was published by Springer at 2008.
